Sales director: As you know we are going to present our new models range at the trade exhibition next week in Moscow. This is a very important event for us and we must assure that we present ourselves and the company in the best possible way to our clients. I want all marketing materials to be translated in Russian. 
Later that afternoon in the CEO's room for a last briefing: CEO: The agenda for today is to check if everything is ready for the trade exhibition. All seems to be ready but I still have not seen the Russian language brochures with the new models.
So, could somebody please call the printing house to check where they are?
